South Perth Church of Christ is very fortunate to own a three bedroom house in East Victoria Park, close to shops and not far from the centre of Perth and the Swan River. This is available primarily for use by missionaries in Perth on furlough, sabbatical or sick leave. Use by non-missionaries can be considered if no full-time worker is needing the house for the requested times.
Please contact the Church Office to obtain the current rental charge. This includes utilities but not phone call charges which will be invoiced seperately. A cleaning bond of $60 is also required on collection of the keys. This will be reimbursed in full or part subject to inspection at the end of occupancy.
