Location & Availability

Lifestreams Christian Church is very fortunate to own a three bedroom house in East Victoria Park. It is close to public transport, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and is approximatly 5mins by car to the Lifestreams Christian Church and the Perth CBD.

This house is primarily available for use by C2C workers and other missionaries to use while in Perth on furlough, sabbatical or sick leave. Use by non-missionaries can be considered if no full-time worker is needing the house for the requested times.

Rental Fees

Please contact the Church office to obtain the current rental fees. Fees are for utilities only and phone call charges which will be invoiced separately. A cleaning bond of $60 is also required on the collection of the keys. This will be reimbursed in full or part subject to inspection at the end of occupancy.
