Philosophy of Ministry
Our philosophy of ministry is very simple. We take the unchanging Word of God and constantly seek to apply it to an ever-changing world. This overlap creates our fluid philosophy of ministry.
This requires flexible and fluid structures enabling LCC to follow the leading of God’s Spirit (John 3:8).
