Heart to Heart (H2H) - a ministry to equip women to be all that God intends them to be, so they may know that they are “born for such a time as this”; a safe place for women to heal, grow, build and establish the destiny that God has for them. Building on the foundations laid last year, we will continue to pursue God and be the women He has called us to be.
